 Damaged, open box delivered via USPS to my mailbox August 29, 2010

This is the worst packaging of a mail order delivery I have ever received! The box arrived today smashed in and open, and USPS had wrapped the box in plastic with a sticker saying the box was received damaged and without contents!!! I can't believe USPS would leave this in my mailbox. I received another order from Amazon via USPS yesterday that was left at my front door. That order was from another seller, and it was in good shape. I've sent pictures of the open and damaged box to Amazon. I'm awaiting a response and refund.

I've been having acid reflux and bloating issues for a few months now, and had tried so many different things that worked barely okay. I'd almost given up when I started taking this product, and since I did, my indigestion is gone. Not only that, I can once more, after many years, enjoy dairy products.

Let me just say that I think that this product has helped my husband shed the uric acid crystals of gout. In years past he had fought any attacks that he had had for weeks before it actually cleared his system. About five months ago, he had another attack in his toe. He had happened to have an appointment with a foot doctor to have inserts made for his shoes. The doctor noticed the gout and prescribed him a medication....which, instead of helping, actually made the gout worse than it had ever been before in the past....it spread up into his knee. Kind of ironic, as he went to have inserts made because he also suffers about once a year with bursitis of the knee a completely different pain from that of gout (no inserts due to the gout :(..). That attack gave me the motivation to keep searching for anything that may help him. I finally ran across a story that one man had written about his years of suffering one gout attack after another and the fact that he had started taking enzymes and accu-flora. He said that he couldn't prove that it helped. But that since he started taking these products, he had not suffered a single gout attack. My husband was taking the accu-flora.....he was not taking the enzymes (as I stored them in the fridge....out of sight, out of mind). He came home from work with a gout flare up that had started in his toe. Now, he did drink extra fluids all day to help flush it...as he always had in the past.....I had him take two of these enzyme tablets with dinner that night.....the very same night he could tell that the uric acid was being flushed from his system!!! Next day...not a sign of the gout!! He tends to believe that his taking fluids in all day helped....and it definitely may have. However, I believe that these enzyme tablets were the key. Long story shorter, they were the "only" difference from all the other attacks that he had suffered in the past :).

You know those sounds your gut makes after a big meal? The rumbling, squeaking, gurgling noises as thing work their way down your intestines? If not, you're lucky. I've been acquainted with them since I hit puberty, and the past 20 years haven't quieted them much at all.
I've never been able to blame a particular food or group of foods - fatty meals can make it louder, and dairy definitely will, but even plain rice elicits the noises. I've tried a few other enzyme products, with little effect, but these capsules seem to be doing the trick.
I'm sitting here at work after my morning cup of coffee, which always got a few squeaks going, and for the first time in a long time, it's quiet. I feel calm inside.
