Have acid reflex for years. Take this enzyme with apple cider vinegar at each meal. Problem solved! Got rid of prescription drugs. Price is great compared to local stores.

I bought these to replace another product and did not find that these helped much. They did work, but I found that my other product was far more effective.

I've been taking enzymes for years to aid in the digestion of cooked foods. This particular brand has worked well for me especially when I overeat especially this time of year. If you feel bloated or indigestion just drop one or two of these and they help you feel normal. MUCH better for you than pepcid, tagamet, etc. These are naturally occurring in the foods you already eat. I highly recommend them because they are a good value and they work!

I haven't actually started using this product yet. I bought it because I was intending to start a high protein, mod. fat, high fiber diet after Thanksgiving and thought that these would help digest my diet better, forming less gas. Will probably start my diet after my birthday next week. Will have to let you know later how this product performs (the ingredients look promising).

The dosage is one to two capsules at least 30 minutes before each meal. I keep forgetting to take it ahead of time so I just take it when I remember. I forgot to take it one time and got a really bad stomach ache--so I popped a couple of them capsules and my stomach ache disappeared. Not sure if it was the result of the capsule or what. I gave this four stars because it did come right away and so far I think it has helped my digestion--I'm not getting an upset stomach after eating.
